Standard Delivery - FREE

Standard delivery is FREE to the UK Mainland from Monday to Friday. This is available for the UK mainland only and usually takes 2-3 working days. Deliveries to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Ireland will have a surcharge applied (see below). Aberdeen postcodes will receive a surcharge if you are ordering more than 2 products.We will email you when your i-eX gets dispatched.


Next Working Day Delivery - from £15

Choose Overnight Delivery BEFORE 11am if you’d like to have your item delivered to you the next working day. This is only available Monday to Friday - if you to choose Overnight Delivery before 11am on Friday you will receive your item on Monday. This is only available to mainland UK postcodes only. This option is not available for AB & outlying postcodes, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Ireland.

If it's later than 11am, give us a call on 0800 038 1289 and we'll see what we can do.

Saturday Delivery - from £20

Choose Saturday Delivery if you would like your item delivered on a Saturday. This is only available for mainland UK postcodes. This option is not available for AB & outlying postcodes, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Ireland.

Aberdeen Postcodes - £10 for more than 2 items

There is a courier surcharge for Aberdeen postcodes when ordering more than two products. This is a flat rate of £10 for more than 2 items.


Scottish Highlands and Islands - from £10

There is a courier surcharge for Highlands & Islands postcodes due to the bulky nature of our items. This area is defined by the following postcodes IV, HS, FK17-99, G83, KA27 to 28, KW, SW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, and ZE.

Northern Ireland and Isle of Man - from £15

There is a courier surcharge for deliveries to Northern Ireland & the Isle of Man both due to the bulky nature of our items and the additional carriage cost to ship via sea.

Channel Islands - from £25

There is a courier surcharge for deliveries to the Channel Islands both due to the bulky nature of our items and the additional carriage cost to ship via sea/air.

Delivery costs are calculated by volume and may vary according to the number of products ordered. Exact costs will be calculated during checkout.

VAT is not charged on orders to the Channel Islands, however a 17.5% admin fee is included in the price for orders to Jersey and Guernsey.


Ireland - from £30

There is a courier surcharge for deliveries to the Ireland both due to the bulky nature of our items and the additional carriage cost to ship via sea.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt via a 48-72 hour courier service (unless you have chosen Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery), so you can expect your bean bag to be with you within a matter of a few working days!

Please make sure a mobile telephone number is entered on registration, this will aid in communication for your delivery. Certain carriers will send you a text message with an estimated delivery time (free of charge).

You can expect deliveries to arrive any time between 8am – 6pm.

In the very rare event that a product is out of stock, or delayed by courier error, allow up to 14 days for delivery.


MADE A MISTAKE?

If you have made a mistake on your order or wish to amend or cancel, you must ring our Customer Service team on 0800 038 1289 during working hours as soon as possible. We cannot accept emails as a method of contact due to the very quick dispatch times we operate on.

Due to our carrier’s terms and conditions, we cannot change orders or addresses once they have left our premises.


SECURE DELIVERIES

All our bean bags are sent via courier and who will require a signature as proof of delivery. This is to ensure safe, trackable orders.

If you are not in during the day, why not get your item delivered to your work address? We accept alternative delivery addresses and actually prefer to deliver to business addresses where someone is available to sign for your item.

Alternatively, we give you the opportunity in the checkout process to enter a note to the courier to leave the parcel with your neighbour, porch or garden shed (etc). However, please note any delivery instructions are at your risk.


MISSED DELIVERIES

If delivery is attempted, and no one is available to sign for it, a card will be left by the courier. The card will contain instructions on what to do next. You can contact the courier directly to arrange a re-delivery or you can collect the item from their depot.

If you have chosen Standard Free Delivery, you CANNOT arrange a re-delivery on a Saturday.

After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery, this will incur a delivery charge to you of a minimum of £25 in order to cover the cost of return and redelivery.

If an item is returned to us as a result of failed delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost of the order, minus £25 to cover the cost of return and administration.


DAMAGED DELIVERIES

We advise customers to check parcels carefully for any transit damage. If you are unsure, or there is transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write “Damaged Product”. In this instance, contact us directly on 0800 988 1286 where we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional costs to yourself. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to get any issues fixed as soon as possible.

All i-eX gaming chairs are sent ready-filled to all UK mainland addresses.
